Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping with us. We want you to be happy with your purchase — if it’s not right, here’s

how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged in transit
or we sent the wrong product

1. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a clear photo showing the issue.

2. The item must be received by us within 14 days of the order’s original shipment date for it to be eligible.

If your claim is accepted, we will cover return postage and arrange a refund or replacement.

Condition on return

We can only accept returns that arrive in the same condition as they were sent: complete with packaging, accessories and
any promotional items.

- If an item is returned damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of use, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 20%, or return the item to you at your expense.

- Items damaged through customer misuse or negligence are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We don't process direct swaps.

To exchange an item, please return the original for a refund (following the steps above)

and place a new order for the replacement item to ensure availability.

Promotional Pricing & Discounts

We cannot apply sale prices, promo codes or stack discounts after an order has been placed.

Promotional pricing is only valid during the promotional period at the time of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at info@7hada.co.nz with:

- Your order number

- The item(s) you want to return

- The reason for return and any supporting photos (required for faulty/incorrect items)

Please do not send returns without prior authorization - returns sent without approval may be refused or returned to sender.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

If approved we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or card issuer a few business days

to process the credit - timing varies by provider.
